The Futures Fellowship is a 15-month program comprised of exceptional and committed young leaders looking for an opportunity to make their mark.

This cohort will consist of approximately 30 young adults (ages 21-26) who have demonstrated leadership in another capacity in the past 3-5 years.

You made an impact on campus and now we want to help you to make an impact in the community.

This program is an opportunity to advance your professional and personal goals through Jewish leadership.

As a cohort, we will co-design the curriculum to ensure the topics covered in the program are relevant and meet your goals.

Your participation in this program will include:

  • One-on-one mentorship match
  • Collaborative sessions with access to industry experts
  • Practical hands-on volunteer experiences

    • // Obtain professional and personal skills through sessions with industry experts
    • // Engage in a network of like-minded peers through a cohort experience
    • // Build a continuity of Jewish experiences through leadership development and personal growth
    • // Create and execute meaningful and impactful volunteer-oriented initiatives for the greater community
    • // Explore UJA’s role in the local and Israeli partner communities through sessions with professionals and UJA leaders
