PROGRAM OVERVIEW  //

The Futures Fellowship is a 15-month program comprised of exceptional and committed young leaders looking for an opportunity to make their mark.

This cohort will consist of approximately 30 young adults (ages 22-26) who have demonstrated leadership in another capacity in the past 3-5 years.

This program is an opportunity to advance your professional and personal goals through Jewish leadership.

Through a series of webinars, one-on-one mentorship, collaborative sessions, and practical, hands-on volunteer experiences, program participants will gain invaluable and meaningful experience.

    • // Build a continuity of Jewish experiences through leadership development and personal growth
    • // Create and execute meaningful and impactful volunteer-oriented initiatives for the greater community
    • // Explore UJA’s role in community and with Israel engagement through sessions with professionals and UJA leaders

    • // Applicants should be 22-26 years old (post-university)
    • // Availability to commit to the entire program

  • THE COMMITMENT* //

    *Until further notice, this will be an online experience due to COVID-19. This is subject to change based on Public Health guidelines.

    • // 15-month term (June 2021-September 2022)
    • // Six half-day deep-dives
    • // Monthly 1.5-hour sessions for the duration of the term
    • // Monthly one-on-one mentor meetings
    • // Social gatherings as decided by the cohort
    • // 1 leadership Shabbaton (Friday-Sunday) TBC
    • // 1 immersive travel experience (5 -10 days) TBC
